Live Demo: City Manager Municipal Operating Condition
A synthetic citywide cockpit covering eight municipal functions, 24 evidence-backed workflows, three comparable monthly measurement batches, cross-department relationship movement, executive condition history, and drill-down to operational items and supporting evidence by period.
Live Demo: Distribution / Warehousing Measurement Cockpit
A synthetic distribution cockpit showing workflow pressure patterns across order flow, movement, exceptions, timing, and evidence gaps.
Live Demo: Data Center Construction Measurement Cockpit
A 12-week synthetic construction cockpit showing current workflow pressure, prior-window movement, confidence, and evidence gaps across a bounded project measurement surface.
Don’t see your vertical?
These examples are starting points, not limits. Ledger Zero is vertical-agnostic. It is built around measurable flow, state change, evidence, and time — not industry labels.
If an operation has observable activity, demand, capacity, constraints, handoffs, queues, approvals, assets, materials, inventory, jobs, cases, tickets, projects, transactions, energy use, equipment status, service events, documents, sensor readings, or other evidence over time, we can usually evaluate whether a continuous measurement surface can be built.
If your operation is not listed, request a measurement review. We will look at the flow, the available evidence, and whether it can be measured cleanly enough to support Ledger Zero.
Pricing expectation
Ledger Zero engagements are scoped by operational complexity, evidence availability, number of measurement surfaces, integration needs, and review cadence.
Typical continuous measurement engagements generally fall in the $7,500–$25,000+ per month range. Smaller pilots or narrow reviews may be scoped separately. Larger, multi-site, regulated, or integration-heavy deployments may exceed that range.
We confirm scope, evidence requirements, pricing, and boundaries before any paid engagement begins.
Is Ledger Zero a fit?
Good fit
Ledger Zero may be a fit when:
the operation has recurring activity or measurable flow
evidence already exists in records, systems, documents, logs, reports, tickets, schedules, transactions, sensors, or field data
delays, constraints, handoffs, queues, pressure, or capacity issues are hard to see clearly
leadership needs continuous measurement rather than another static report
the organization is willing to define boundaries, provide evidence, and review measurement results
Not a fit
Ledger Zero is probably not a fit when:
there is no usable evidence trail
the goal is a generic dashboard, consulting report, AI chatbot, or one-time slide deck
the organization wants guesses, blame, predictions, or ROI claims without measurement support
nobody can define the operating surface to measure
there is no willingness to share records, documents, logs, or system exports needed for review
If the fit is unclear, request a measurement review. The first job is to determine whether the operation can be measured cleanly enough to support Ledger Zero.
What happens in a measurement review
A measurement review is the first fit check. We look at the operation, the available evidence, and whether Ledger Zero can build a clean continuous measurement surface.
During the review, we typically identify:
the flow or operating surface to measure
the evidence already available
missing or weak evidence
handoffs, queues, constraints, delays, or pressure points
whether measurement can be supported without guessing
likely scope, boundaries, cadence, and pricing
The goal is not to sell a generic dashboard. The goal is to determine whether the operation can be measured cleanly enough for Ledger Zero to be useful.
Helpful starting materials include process documents, ticket/job samples, reports, schedules, inventory records, project records, service logs, sensor data, or other evidence that shows activity over time.
